Habitat for Humanity at the Panel Plant

We will work at the Habitat for Humanity Panel Plant to build framing for the new house construction later in the summer. Work will consist of groups of 3–4 people laying out and building wall frames. This work utilizes people of all skill levels. Most of the hammering will be done with palm hammers (power tools that you hold). These tools are easy and fun to work with. Other tasks include: hammering, screwdriving, measuring and sawing, and untwisting lumber using leverage tools. Work will be inside.
